Messenger App

The Twenty-Tens was the harbinger of app innovation and leading the way was Facebook with their standalone app that reached beyond just communication.

About the project

The newly revamped Messenger app needed a video highlighting all its features for the 2016 Facebook F8 developers conference.

The Process

The goal of the video was to illustrate the latest capabilities of the expanded Messenger app in a fun and energetic visual. Over the course of two days we filmed three full story vignettes of people using Messenger’s newest features. With three secured locations and a full crew, we were able to move quickly from set up to set up.

The Result

The completed video was debuted during the conference and went on to be featured in many publications that covered the F8 developers conference.
